LAND BANKING INVESTMENT
Bamah Nissi Land Banking is an avenue for a risk free investment with high returns within a specified period. The procedure involves investing capital on land and developed properties within our estate scheme over a period of time, with a view to cash out on high returns commensurate with the investment at maturity. The process is referred to as “LAND BANKING”. We have two (2) main land banking options for our customers; The Cash Investment Option and The Property Acquisition Option.
LAND BANKING CASH INVESTMENT OPTION
This afford you an opportunity to partner with us in the execution of our projects on terms basis and share our profit with us. You will get 20% return on investment (roi) on any amount invested with us. However for the 40days investment plan, return on investment (roi) shall be remitted into your bank account at maturity date twice on 40days interval while capital shall be credited to your Land Banking account as an initial deposit/payment for land, building property/apartment. For the 360days investment plan 20% return on investment (roi) shall be remitted into your bank account at the end of 40days of investment once and 60% of the capital at the end of 360days of the investment, while 40% of the capital shall be credited to your Land Banking account as an initial deposit/payment for land, building property/apartment and you have the privilege to complete the payment within 48months to claim possession of the land, property and apartment. NB: Land banking land is 400sqm per plot.

INVESTMENT SECURITY AND TENURE
Secure Investment: The investment is highly secured and Return on investment (ROI) is guaranteed.
Tenure: Principal Investment and Return on Investment (ROI) will be remitted to investors after 40days or in accordance with the chosen investment plan.
The above investment table only applies for investment after November 2018. All investors who subscribe before the date will get the 20% returns and capital in 40days.

This option gives you the unique opportunity to own a 400 square meters of land in Nigeria with as little as N60,000. This option consists of three (3) different packages for you to choose from; Gold Package, Platinum Package, Diamond Package.
